My windows were leaking so I hired ten to reframe my window and they replaced the flashing with the old flashing with the nail holes in it. And then had to pull it out and do it over again.

Terrible experience. I had to manage the project. There were lots of mistakes (e.g., pre-painted boards showed up wet and peeling). I got a stern talking to by an employee for asking simple questions. And to finish the job it required the team return 3 times because the work was not finished properly. It was the worst contractor experience I've had.

The sales process was detailed with good follow-up but there is definitely overpromising and underdelivering with Capital. Communication was not great unless they were looking for payment. We went weeks without hearing anything about the start of our job. The various departments (sales, scheduling,...
