Excellent service. Claudia was personable, helpful in making design decisions, professional and communicative. Installers were also courteous. Delays in installation were out of retailers control, and my inquiries about arrivals were promptly responded to. Overall, another great experience, thank you!

Very professional salesperson Anthony. Very courteous team of installers. They were very organized, clean and neat upon cleanup.
We purchased an engineered hardwood flooring for four rooms from Kevin at their Delray location. The sales process was straight forward and fair. They easily accommodated our time constraints as to delivery and installation. Their installer ( Jose ) arrived with his crew and in seven hours installed the flooring in a very professional manner. He did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to use Capital carpet & tile again.

Charlie in sales was professional and on top of everything and the install team was terrific and cleaned up and put everything back and working. The best experience in working with any company in Florida. Highly recommend!
