Second time working with the company and Rolan in particular. Worked with others there and I only will ever work with him. Understands what is needed to complete a project. Updates you on every thing that is needed. Wonderful experience. Will be back for the million other projects that I need. Highly, highly recommend!
Rolan was exceptionally helpful and accommodating with our selection of new carpets and flooring. Aside from the guy with an attitude that stank of cigarettes who came to take measurements, the installation went smoothly and looks great!
Great follow through, not only getting the product correct but making sure everything was delivered and we had no problems even though I was installing myself !!! What can I say Roland is the Man!
I have been literally using this company for 30 years. I walked into the Boynton Beach store and met Steve Cosentino. I purchased a Mauve (Strawberry ) carpet and had them install it. That experience has been repeated ever since. (Not the color of the carpet). Steve has moved on to executive management but I would never even consider another company. As we speak we are getting ready to begin a large project with them, so I thought it appropriate to write this review. Don't waist your time with any other company.
Needed to replace carpet in two bedrooms and living room. Went to Capitol Carpet in PGA. Robert was my salesperson. He asked me just a couple of question, then made a few suggestions and in no time we selected our carpet. The team of Jason and Carlos were the installers. They did a "perfect" job. Very happy with the entire experience. I recommend Capitol Carpet highly.
I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Capitol Carpet. From the beginning, when choosing my carpeting with the patience and help from Rolon Colon, to the end of the process of laying the carpet , they were very professional and helpful. The carpeting looks amazing and follow up from Rolon and the owners to make sure everything went well, was much appreciated. I would certainly , without hesitation, recommend Capitol Carpeting to anyone.
Capitol Carpet did superb job for us - great consultation and carpet, timely and terrific installation, and fair pricing. All in all a very good experience.
