Installed new carpet on stairs, upstairs hall and landing. Everything went well except I did not like there scheduling process - instead of calling the evening before installation they require you to be home from 8 to 10 so they can call and let you know when they will come that day. This unnecessarily requires you to be home when they may not be coming until the afternoon. I can't understand why they can't tell you the night before as most companies do.

Moved furniture and installed new carpet and pad in two bedrooms,living room , dining room, hall and closets. Installers were very good. Cleaned up everything after job. Hauled old carpet and pad away. Excellent work.
Installed wool carpet in bedrooms, loft and landing areas. This included removing and disposing of existing. Met with Carl on a Friday night. He let us take samples back to the house and we picked one that we wanted to move forward with. We needed to have the carpet ordered, and installed in 2 weeks. Issue was the manufacturer didn't have the style we wanted in stock for delivery within the timeframe we needed. Replace wall to wall carpeting with ceramic tile Very well. They not only gave us good merchandise, they gave us great service. Not only that, they matched the tile to the pattern and dye lot in the rest of the house. Other dealers declared the tile discontinued, and tried to sell us another product.
Removed old carpet and installed new. Punctual and professional. Friendly and neat.
I have had the company out three times. They installed vertical blinds, ceramic tile, and carpeting. Mark did the vertical blinds, he actually came out Thanksgiving Morning to measure the blinds which I thought was amazing because it was around holiday time. . They came out and measured where every piece of furniture had been and put everything back exactly where it was. Their price was $700 less than 1800Empire. They were all so polite, and there was no mess here whatsoever. Everything was beautiful once they were done. I was very happy with everything, and I recommend them to everyone. They even gave me a follow up call two days later to make sure that I was happy.
Everything was done by the provider from in store consultation, to in home measurements, to installation and cleanup. Their offers and pricing were very competitive in the end. Paul was great to work with and very workable! They installed around 1200 sq ft of quality carpet and padding - the installers did a great job on seaming, etc. It went great!
I purchased carpet from them as well as had them install it. The service was good. They were professional and efficient and I am happy with the results.
