I had worked with Anthony in the West Boca Raton store about two years ago with a job in the master bedroom and closet in my home. Really liked the carpet that we selected from capital carpet and Boynton Beach.. It was mohawk textured and I loved it loved it except there was a seam showing Right when you walk in the door. Nick Deloreto Contacted me in regards to in regards to finding a resolution. He was so professional and efficient and maintained constant contact with me regarding what was transpiring. I was hesitant to use Capitol Carpet because of their insulting, degrading commercials. But I found a tile I loved, and met Rolan Colan - a great professional who is patient and very responsive. The installers did a great job - showed up on time, cleaned, and did everything they needed to do with a minimum of disruption. Very happy with the results.
Rolan was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The most important was the customer service while picking out our flooring and after the sale. Everyone was willing to help whenever I had a question about my order, what a team! The installation was completed before the date promised and the installers were just as professional. What a pleasure it was dealing with such professionals.
