I have had a run of bad luck with my 2015 Silverado. My transmission went out a few months ago. I brought in the truck and Nick in service helped me. Because of the state of the transmission, as well as a few other things that needed to be done, I had to shell out about $11K for everything. As anyone would react, this was a tough thing to deal with but this was still more economical than buying a new truck. The front end of the new trucks are ugly anyway. The coffee cups suck but the service was excellent. I recommend using different cups those styrofoam ones are very unhealthy.
I want to say thank you to JC! He provided good customer service. He went above and beyond and got me in to get my car serviced the same day instead of leaving my car there for repairs for a week. I really and truly appreciate him. JC, you rock!
