We were early for our 7:30am appointment, and we were taken in before the appointed time. We were given a list of things that were needed, which were completed in the timeline I provided. Our tech was friendly and businesslike. That's whi we choose Capitol Chevrolet.

I would say dealership is very welcoming with the environment as soon as you get there, everybody is willing to help you depending on what you need and Sales people are very willing to help you get/try to get the vehicle you want in the payments you would like to have

Overall, my experience with the dealership included several very positive interactions. Our salesperson, Sarah Lena, was wonderful—helpful, professional, and pleasant throughout the entire process.
