We have been taking our vehicles to Capitol Chevrolet for the past 10 years and we have been very successful in getting a person that cared about our concerns and taking the time to make sure that we were kept apprised of the time that they would be ready for pickup and then checking to see if we were pleased with what had been done.

I had my truck sent for an estimate on damages for potential repairs and Capitol Chevrolet did a great job on making the process smooth for me. They kept me updated on the process and was available for any questions I needed. They also completed a factory recall while waiting for my insurance to get back to them about the repairs.
