About the Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be a key contributor to our core product teams. You will be responsible for building scalable backend services and high-performance frontend interfaces that help businesses manage their digital presence. You will work in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Designers to turn complex requirements into seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Feature Development: Design and implement robust, scalable backend APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Frontend Excellence: Build responsive, intuitive, and performant web interfaces using React.js and modern state management (Redux/Context API).
• System Design: Contribute to the design of microservices and database schemas (MySQL/PostgreSQL) to support new product features.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Actively participate in peer code reviews to ensure high standards.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in both the frontend and backend to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Collaboration: Work across functional teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities (like sentiment analysis or automated replies) into the core workflow.

Technical Requirements

• Backend: 2+ years of professional experience with Java and Spring Boot (MVC, Security, Data/JPA).
• Frontend: Strong proficiency in React.js, including Hooks, Functional Components, and CSS-in-JS or preprocessors like SASS.
• API Design: Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with JSON/XML data formats.
• Databases: Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL) and experience with ORM frameworks like Hibernate.
• Tools: Proficient with Git, Maven/Gradle, and modern frontend build tools (Webpack, NPM/Yarn).
• Architecture: Basic understanding of Microservices architecture and distributed systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, or RDS).
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases like Redis or Elasticsearch.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Exposure to AI/LLM integration or messaging platforms (SMS/WhatsApp APIs).
