Good place.. if you are not too worried about the price. But for routine checks and related stuff (if you're looking for an annual wellness exam and such) , they are more expensive than others.

What a rip off. They try to take you for every penny they can! It is so overpriced compared to other vets in the area. I must say the doctors seem to be very good but the last 3 times there, I haven't seen one bill under $350. It is very sad that they have to overcharge their customers like this.

We recently moved to the area and really loved our old vets. Unfortunately we weren't willing to travel all the way from Centreville to Burke so we opted to pay for the more expensive yet closer animal hospital. When we first arrived we wanted to get our dog a yearly physical so as part of the new patient physical we got a tour of the premises. While I do think they take good care of the place and it is very clean the back area just seems like more of the money you pay will be towards all of the extra things you have. My... read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! Don't be fooled by their nice and fancy office. I had been taking my german shepherd puppy there and felt ok about it. A couple of weeks ago, I had to take him in because he could not pass his stool. They did an enema and the vet told me she did an XRAY for "her own curosity" To make a long story short, they insisted that my dog needed surgery to remove material from his small intestine. Against their advise, we picked our dog up and decided to see how he did during the night. My dog was acting ... read more

The worst experience ever. I took my 8 wk pup in along with a 7yr dog. I arrived 20min early to fill out the paper work. And waited an additional 45min after my appointment time before being seen! Once we were seen by the vet, the information that I JUST filled out was entered into the computer system completly wrong. Next, they give the puppy a "complementary nail clip", which caused her to bleed on not one but TWO ENTIRE PAWS. And not to mention she came home with a tick. With the 7yr dog, I had the records faxed over ea... read more

We took our dog here for the first two years of his life. We didn't have a problem at first because we loved our vet. Unfortunately, she left and when we met with others at the practice, we were less than thrilled. One vet made me pick up my 65-pound dog and put him on the exam table so she didn't have to bend down to examine him. Needless to say, my dog was freaked out to be so far off the ground. And he's heavy! My dog was also misdiagnosed with problems he didn't have--he's just allergic to gluten, but we had to figure ... read more
