On top of continual top rated care of all of my animals, Dr Vitulli and Staff saved my little guy on March 15th. I am blessed and so very fortunate to have met Dr Vitulli when she opened the practice in 1997. As long as I'm in Centreville, I'll trust Caring Hands with the care of my animals. I don't know if they're any more or less expensive than other vets. Fortunately at this point in my life that is not my top priority. I do know that the Staff will work with clients to address affordability. So I encourage clients ... read more

The Staff at Caring Hands Animal Hospital has been great to us and to our dog. Our dog had surgery there a few years ago and they were terrific with her then and continue to be with her today. Most importantly, she's is very healthy today as a result of their care. The staff is very friendly, kind and capable. Since our dog has medical issues, we only board her at Caring Hands because we know they can administer her medication properly. While it's hard to leave her in the care of someone else, we are very confident doing... read more

We love this vet! My husband and I have just moved to Centreville with two cats, one that has a lot of health issues. The vet takes care of us (any one we see!) with understanding and kindness. The techs are always loving with our cats as they are not fond of visits anywhere outside the house. They order us special food and are willing to take emergency calls and then follow up the next day. If you live in Centreville this should be your vet of choice! Lisa

We first brought our dog, Nola, to Caring Hands a few days after we adopted her from 'A Forever Home'. She was 9 weeks old at the time. When we were conducting the interview process for placement, the shelter had visited our home and asked where we would be taking our dog for veterinary care after the adoption process was complete. We didn't have any plans at the time but, they had highly recommended Caring Hands. So, it was a no-brainer. During our first visit, Nola saw Dr. Clendenin. Not only were we impressed with Dr. Cle... read more

Back in 2006, in a blink of an eye, I adopted (well bought) a black lab. It was immediately after I took my bundle of joy home that someone recommended that I take him to Caring Hands in Centreville. I have been with them ever since and recommend them to every other pet owner I know or run into. McNally (Mac) has seen every doctor there and he is always treated as if he was their own. All I do is make an appointment and I don't care which doctor he sees. Although I have come to realize as he gets older that it's probabl... read more

I brought my foster dog to Caring Hands to update her on her shots and get her spayed. All the staff that I came in contact with was very friendly, professional and helpful. All appointments were kept and on time and I didn't wait long to be seen. The waiting area was kept neat and clean despite having a full house at the time I went. The same goes for their exam rooms. The doctors did a great job with my foster's spay operation. She went through it like a champ and had no complications. Caring Hands was also very thorou... read more

I cannot say enough good things about Caring Hands. We were one of their first patients back in 1997. My cat had been diagnosed with diabetes by another vet who recommended that I put him to sleep. (He was 12 and they figured he should be put down). Horrified, I immediately wanted to find another vet. Caring Hands had just opened and I took Crockett there. They took SUCH good care of him and helped me understand how feline diabetes can be managed. Dr. Vitulli even attended a seminar on the latest findings in feline dia... read more

There are some decent vets at Caring hands, however overall this company doesn't provide customer service or help solve issues. Disappointing overall.

About two years ago, I took my cat here 5 or more times in about 3 months, and they were milking me for money because they knew that I cared about my cat. I followed their recommendations each time, paid for every thing, and they had no idea what was wrong and kept doing the same things and telling me to monitor my cat for worsening symptoms and to come back. My cat became in critical condition, so I took her to a different place, and the other vet determined she had a food allergy and recommended an enema within one appoint... read more
