Very cute and cozy Nothing! The staff was very hospitable. The room was clean and large. The breakfast was delivered to our door in a basket and included a great array of items.
We enjoyed our stay and walked to the close main streets of Carmel Arrived late, so unable to part at the facility Breakfast basket in the morning was a nice surprise!!

Missing a few components of my room, overall stay just fine Housekeeping missed a couple things in my room for my initial stay. I didn’t have coffee packs or an ice bag, not the end of the world. But then they completely avoided cleaning my room entirely which was a bummer. I told the front desk about it, and he fix the problem immediately I love how close I was to downtown Carmel and a parking was included.
