Pleasant Bathroom smelled, too small. Need another mirror 🪞 in the room so two people can get ready at the same time. No air circulation in the room. Windows should have opened at least a little. The ceiling fan is on a timer switch, so it only stays on for a short time, you need it to stay on while you sleep. The breakfast was nice, more than enough food. Mattress was comfortable. Front desk guy was very friendly.

It was pleasant and we will be back, thanks mostly to Roger! The hotel was listed under pet friendly and they are in fact NOT a pet friendly hotel. We would have chose a. Different place to stay as Carmel is SUPER pet friendly. This was made aware to the staff and should be updated. We arrived at midnight to a letter that stated No Pets with two little dogs after a 4 hour drive. Was unsettling to say the least. Roger was so friendly and accommodating. The room was not the cleanest, but expected for the price range.
