Carol was so professional. She always answered her phone immediately and if she couldn't, carol would send me a text and let me know. Carol also , when sending an email, would let me know via text as well. I'm not always quick to check my email. Most of all, Carol is so friendly and easy to talk to. I'm hoping to send more business her way. She doesn't miss a beat!
