Carol was so professional. She always answered her phone immediately and if she couldn't, carol would send me a text and let me know. Carol also , when sending an email, would let me know via text as well. I'm not always quick to check my email. Most of all, Carol is so friendly and easy to talk to. I'm hoping to send more business her way. She doesn't miss a beat!

I have worked with Carol for many years on probably 5 or 6 mortgages/refinances. Without hesitation I can say that Carol is the best mortgage banker I have ever worked with. She was able to assist us in information that my wife and I were unsure about as well as keep us in the loop all hours of the day. She would also respond back to us in a very short time period which made my wife and I feel like we were very important to her and the company.
