I couldn't have asked for a better "first time home buying" experience! Carol was so informative, patient, responsive and kind. Initially, I had no idea what to expect from this process, but after speaking with Carol, I felt prepared enough to continue until the end. Every time I called or emailed with a question, she responded quickly and made sure I understood all of the industry terms she presented me with. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
