She was able to assist us in information that my wife and I were unsure about as well as keep us in the loop all hours of the day. She would also respond back to us in a very short time period which made my wife and I feel like we were very important to her and the company. Miss Carol have the highest degree of professionalism, super knowledgeable with the great ability to explain the procedures in a way so easy to understand. Very friendly, and alway she is available to answer and help with any question that the customers may have. At this time I don’t have somebody to recommend but very soon I may have a friend that she is working to buy her first house.
