Carol and her team were FANTASTIC! They were very open and forthcoming with information and their requests for us to provide necessary information was easy to understand and gave us plenty of time to meet the deadlines. They communicated with us every step of the way during the process and Carol was always available by phone, even after business hours and on weekends. (This was huge to us as we are on the west coast trying to make this purchase happen on the east coast.) Carol is THE BEST!
