Replace existing water damaged hardwood flooring with new prefinished hardwood flooring. The initial contact and sales visit went very well. A good array of products were presents with details about each. We selected a higher grade of oak with flat seams. It was noted that this may contain a small number of knots. The crew arrived with the scheduled window and VERY quickly ripped out the old flooring and installed the new product. We are not at all happy with the product. Dear customer, I am sorry that you are not happy with the Impressions Hampton series product. This hardwood flooring is a select grade of wood that is a square edge product vs. a bevel edge. A square edge pre-finished product has tolerances of height between the boards edges. The only way to have a complete smooth surface with a hardwood floor is to have a site finished product. This is where you install an unfinished solid wood, sand, stain and apply a polyurethane. This method will give you a complete flat surface. I try t... read more

Installed hardwoods on stairs and hallway. I wanted hardwoods installed on stairs and a hallway to match existing hardwood flooring. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The estimate was provided within two days. I received helpful information on what to expect during the installation and how to care for the hardwoods prior to the installation. The installers took pride in their work and did an excellent job. The hardwoods are beautiful and I could not be more pleased.

They put in high quality hardwood flooring at the top of my stairs. About 250 square feet. Very nice installers who cared about getting it 100% right. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. I would use them again. .

Refinished hardwood floors downstairs and were able to customize a stain to better coordinate with the other flooring in the house. They also fixed some installation issues of bamboo flooring elsewhere in the house which had been installed by the previous owners. I can't recommend Carolina In Home Flooring highly enough! Replaced carpeting throughout 2nd floor. Two bedrooms, bonus room and large upstairs landing with high quality laminated wood product. Work was performed in time estimated, as expected. Haul away and cleanup was thorough and prompt. I was dreading the disruptiveness of doing all of this in one day, but they made it look easy. The guidance provided on product was greatly appreciated. Finish detail work such as moldings and thresholds professionally done. .
