Mike came out and gave us a concise education course on the kinds of materials and options available for our needs. Installed laminate flooring in 4 rooms. Hhe installation went very well. Carolina In home Flooring moved all the furniture. The installation was quick and the floor looks great. We did have one bubble that appeared in the floor, but the contractor returned and fixed the problem. We are very satisfied with our floor.

I had the company come out and provide and estimate, and later install, replacement vinyl in two rooms of a former residence The initial consult went well, with prompt arrival, plenty of information, and allowed me to see available samples. They did not try to oversell me on flooring quality I didn't need and were very helpful. Since I was simply replacing low-grade vinyl in a Town House, I didn't really see a lot of samples, but if I was doing this for my own home I would probably like to see a greater assortment and variet... read more

Provided information and estimate for replacement of carpet in two bedrooms, closets, and hallway. Staff was very prompt with communications and very professional all around. Experience was positive but I decided to go with a different provider.

New laminate flooring in bathroom Apart from an initial challenge regarding materials needing to be picked up after arrival (Home Depot was close, thankfully), the job went very well. The quality of the work done by their contractors was fantastic, and every detail was confirmed through me when there was any question on a next step. I really wish we'd have had them do the half-bath, too.

I purchased a big deal from them. It was $50 for a floor consultation and measurements. To this date, I've never received the estimate on the flooring for the upstairs carpet, in the bedrooms. I didn't follow up because I figured if they were really interested I would have gotten it. I had to follow up with them to get the flooring estimate. They came out and did what they were supposed to do. I would say that the follow-up was lackluster, at best. There were no extra charges.

Installed new carpet in the media room and installed new tile in the guest bathroom. Martha was the sales representative from the company that provided our quote. She brought an extensive number of carpet and flooring samples to our home so that we could compare and make decisions. This is particularly helpful as we could see how the flooring would look in the two rooms, which you cannot do when in a showroom.
