Replaced carpet with hardwood flooring in downstairs living area/office. Representative was friendly, helpful, and honest. Came out for a second consultation when wife had momentary freak out and wanted to learn more about laminate. Service was provided efficiently and product looks great. Followed up with us afterwards. .

Installed bamboo flooring appx. 600 sq ft. I was initially interested in the Angie's List deal for hardwood flooring. After having Drew come out for a free estimate and discussing options, we decided to go with bamboo flooring which turned out to be cheaper than the deal plus we wanted bamboo to start with. Replaced carpet on the whole second floor of a house we just bought. They were incredibly prompt and knowledgeable during the estimate, and did wonderful work with replacing our carpet, disposing of the old carpet, and cleaning up. Wonderful! Highly recommend them for prompt, knowledgeable, professional service. Fairly priced too!

Carpet in 3 bedrooms and living room. 2 area rugs in hallway and one in family room. Initial Visit: Area rugs looked good no real issues. Carpet in the 2 small bedrooms looked good as it appeared to be 1 piece with seam in the closet. Seam was noticeable but was in the closet so not a big deal. Living room and master bedroom looked good except for noticeable seam across each room. Callback #1: Addressed seams. Trimmed one with scissors. Dear Member, We are sorry that your expectations of the carpet seams were to be invisible. Seam peaking in carpets is not caused by poor quality materials or poor workmanship. Peaking can cause seams that are visible, but not a seam that is inferior. We do not "fix" seam peaking, because there is nothing to fix. Just as we do not "fix" visible seams in clothing. They came out and gave me an estimate on hard wood flooring. I wanted the plain long boards. They were not able to get the correct product for me. I spoke with the manager and they were able to issue me a refund promptly.

Had carpets replaced in 2 rooms. Mile was very professional and quoted the complete price. We shopped around came back to Mike and carpets were done within 5 days. Professional installers. On time in the morning and finished in 3 hrs. Very clean thorough job.
