Installed wood floors in master bed room, great room, and den. Refinished wood floors in hallways and dining room. Our house is complicated- lots of furniture, grand piano, and especially extensive consumer electronics (audio-visual, surround sound, internet, routers, etc.). Installed new carpet throughout , Big carpet job, removed old carpet as well Would surely use this company again. The finished product is excellent . Installers were very professional and careful with the move of all the furniture. Only reason for not being an "A" rating is the original square footage on the carpet was done incorrectly and caused a delay in the install. Installed COREtec Plus flooring. Removed existing wood, carpet and vinyl flooring. Worked with Martha for about six months before finally selecting a floor that worked for our family. She was never bothered by the many changes that I made. Process went smoothly. Project was overseen by Eric and the entire crew did a great job. The crew was Oscar, Gabriel, Evan and Peppe. Remove and install carpet in 3 bedrooms and closets Drew came to our home several times to help select the carpet that would best fit for our use and style. He actually came over 3 different times and made us feel comfortable with him and his company doing the work that was desired. The provider installed new luxury vinyl flooring in the kitchen and 2 1/2 bathrooms and new carpet in 3 bedrooms and stairs. It went great! There were 2 sets of people that came out to my townhome. One group installed the vinyl flooring and the other installed the carpet. They both called ahead and arrived on time. Both were thorough and provided high quality service. Helped with selection and installed new carpet I visited the shop on the morning of New Years Eve. I met Mike, the owner, and got good guidance from Val on carpet selection, and what we could expect for the installation process. Then Eric graciously came to our house the same day so we could view samples while he took careful measurements for our new carpet. Replaced carpeting in living room/dining room, 14 steps going up to loft & loft It went great, they came on time, moved out all the furniture, removed the old carpeting & under-padding. They worked very clean & careful. They did a wonderful job laying the under-padding & carpet. When they finished they made sure everything was cleaned up & put all the furniture back. We couldn't have been more pleased. The customer service was excellent. We definitely would hire them again, a great company to do business with.
