Removed sub floor and installed pre-finished wood floor. The whole process worked well. The salesman worked with me to find a floor that fit our budget and the style we wanted. Installation was an easy two days. I very much appreciated their willingness to move to move appliances and furniture back as this saved a lot of hassle and money in movers. Removed upstairs carpeting and installed wood laminate flooring. Excellent. The representative, Martha, brought samples to my home based on the preferences I had described. She was able to meet with me right away and was very responsive, professional and accommodating. Once I had chosen some options, she measured the area to be serviced and provided an estimate the very next day. Carpet cleaning in multiple rooms. Wonderful! Extremely good customer service and they were even able to remove stains I never thought would come out! Loved his expertise and will definitely use them in the future.

I called to inquire on hardwood floor installation and refinishing, as well as moving carpet to other rooms. Kelly and Mike were very helpful and knowledgeable. I wasn't aware they no longer do floor refinishing, so that was my mistake from not checking their website beforehand. I really appreciated Mike telling me they were the right company for the job, instead of just taking my money and doing a bad job. He was very helpful and gave me some great advice.

Provided and installed carpeting for two bedrooms, a playroom and stairs w/landing. They brought their carpet display to my house and help me select the colors and quality level I wanted. They measured all of the rooms and provided total cost installed. Their service was provided when scheduled. They moved all of the existing furniture out of the rooms and after the carpeting installation was completed they moved everything back to where it was located.
