Installed carpet throughout a house (about 2000 sq. ft.) that was about to be sold. I was pleased with the outcome. They gave me an option to upgrade, but did not push it when I said we were selling the house. Real-estate agent advised against it, so we went with the basic grade. There were some unfortunate mishaps with installation. The installers put some gouges in a sofa bed that they dragged across the floor instead of carrying it, snagging it on screws that secured a threshold between the carpet and a tiled area. Removal of existing carpet, pad, and vinyl flooring. Installation of Columbia Laminate and Armstrong Luxury Vinyl. The salesman, Drew Propes, arrived on time and was knowledgeable about the products. He provided samples of the products and took measurements. He informed us about the hardness rating of the laminate flooring, the warranty, the best way to protect the floor from scratches (by putting felt pads underneath furniture legs) and even the best way to clean the floor (Bona Floor Care System). Mike and Kelly were able to squeeze in the final carpet cleaning job- our 3rd floor bonus room- earlier today. Carpet was thoroughly vacuumed, pre-treated, steam cleaned,Scotchguard treated and raked. This was the final part of a 3-part job done by Carolina In-Home Flooring. New carpet in three upstairs bedrooms, closets and part of a bath. Moved existing furniture. Very good experience from the beginning-Martha came to my house and brought carpet samples. She very quickly sent me an estimate, and the price was much better than other estimates I had been given. The installers were prompt, and had to disassemble a very large oriental bed. They worked nonstop, and were finished by 3:00. The company provided excellent customer service-following up with phone calls several times.

Carolina In Home Flooring laid tile in our bathrooms and in our kitchen and they laid hardwood floor in our living room and main hallway. They were amazing. They were professional, they were done before they said they were going to be. They gave us an estimate of four days, they were done in two. They were in contact with us the entire way through because we actually moved out for a couple of days because we had a baby at the time. Installed laminated flooring in kitchen, dining area, laundry and both baths Mike Nelson came out to our home a couple weeks prior with the floor samples we requested, went over the details (very thorough), and set up the appt. They were to call prior to coming out, our window was from 8-10am.
