Excellent workmanship. Moved all the furniture and helped out with stereo cabinet where it would have been a nightmare to disconnect components. Instead, they creatively worked around it by moving the whole unit. Only minor problem is that they left in a rush after the major work was done (it was getting late) and left some of the minor restoration of furniture, cushions, etc duties to us. Overall, though, recommend highly for quality and value.
Final product is fine, and the installation is good but I did not get the overall warm-fuzzy feeling dealing with the salespeople. I had to haggle to get the price advertised on their website and am not 100% sure they didn't make up the difference when they "measured" the house. Maybe I am just being paranoid. Installers also showed up approx. 1 hr late and banged up some of the walls after I expressly told them to be careful because the house was just painted.

I thought the price and the excellent installation job outweighed the lack of communication and punctuality.
The person that they sent to sell it to me was very pleasant, professional and did a good job explaining everything to me. I don't think he brought enough samples for me to pick from. I did feel it was a little pricing but it was nice because he came out to my house.
Initially had difficulty finding sales rep at the store (store closed). Was very helpful once I was able to contact. Offered several samples and grades of carpet. Had rep schedule visit for measurement and firm quote. Once carpet was ordered delivery was a bit long, but not overly extended. Installation occurred when scheduled and completed meeting requirements. Overall good experience and would definitely use this merchant again.
Tony came to my home with carpet samples. He was on time, and helped me with my suggestions. Scheduled the work for the next week, but because of 3 different colors of carpet, they called to say they could not do it until Thursday. Workers came and they did an excellent job of installation. The problem was once they finished they did not do a good job of cleaning up. They didn't have a vacuum and left some debris in the hall bathroom. Tony, the owner/sales rep was easy to deal with. Their wait time for installation was the shortest and they were professional. However, the installation took much longer than anticipated and they did leave some marks on our walls.
They arrived on time to do the work. They were professional while they worked. The quality of their work was good. I would use them in the future. I would recommend them.
Everything went well. Good advice at the store. Didn't try to "sell up". We had to ask for the more expensive options. Installation was done on time and very well. All good.
