The experience was positive from start to finish. Tony was very helpful in directing us to carpet that would fit our specific needs. I brought him a floorplan and he estimated the sqaure yards of carpet needed and from that, an estimate of the overall cost. On the exact date we scheduled, another employee arrived on time to measure and show us samples of the carpet we had selected. Time will tell the story as to long-term quality of the carpet, but for now (2 days after installation) we're very happy with the result.
Tony was attentive and considerate when we visited the store. Based on our description of our purpose for installing new carpet, he advised us to buy the less expensive carpet: his consideration impressed us. The installers came quickly and did fine work.

We met them and were impressed with the people. We had chosen them over another company. We were very pleased with the installation. They did such an excellent job that I gave them a little extra tip. They were good people who provided excellent service.
The two installers worked very diligently for 3 hours without taking a break. They did an excellent job with the installation. Tony, one of the owners, helped us with selecting an appropriate berber carpet for the basement and was the consummate professional. I would definitely recommend his company. I found the company from Angie's list!
