We made a last-minute decision to install new stairway carpeting during a whole-house renovation. I chose a pattern from their showroom and they came to install it six days later. I now realize that I could have saved a few bucks by shopping around a bit more, but they offered a high-quality product, showed up at EXACTLY the time they had promised, and did a great job. We found the service to be good overall. Someone came out to confirm our measurements and were given a prompt estimate. Then we called to have the work done. The carpet layers were on time. They moved furniture out of the rooms and my only comment is that it might have been better if they asked us to move items from the floors. They shoved things into the closet and we couldn't find some of our belongings. If they had asked us to move our stuff, I would have given an "A" for quality. I was surprised to be asked for my credit card in order to have the salesman come to my home and measure the area involved in order to get a definitive estimate of cost. However, like an idiot, I complied with this request without comment. They made it a very easy experience. The installers were professional, neat, timely, and the carpeting looks great. Will definitely use them again.
We needed something quickly and it had to be inexpensive, and we got both. I have had runners installed in other homes, and have had much nicer results; however, in those cases, I was in a position to pay more and ask for more (by comparison, the perfectly done runner was over $1300, and this one was $450 tops). Considering what we paid, this company did a fine job. I would use them again under similar circumstances.
Sales experience was excellent. Salesman (Tony) was very knowledgeable and informative. The provided price was extremely reasonable, especially considering the quality of the product. A person was sent to estimate the job. Because of the number stairs in the job, the estimate went up. That also seemed reasonable. The job was estimated at two days. The owner gave us a great deal, beating other estimates and giving us a discount as he was doing our new house and my in-laws rental unit. He was able to give us a quote (on his day off), replace all of the flooring within the week, and all work was done in one day, before we had to move into the new house. They did a great job. Everything went well. There were no surprises. The process was clear. The estimator and installers showed up on time as scheduled. The installers were efficient. They knew what they were doing. I am very pleased with the result, and will hire the company in the future for any additional flooring work.
