We needed to provide new carpeting in my in-laws' home. We went to this company to see what they had. Tony waited on us and advised us on what would be good for 85 year olds day to day walking - my father in-law sometimes uses a walker. We chose a Berber. The installation was uneventful and my in-laws are very pleased with their new carpeting. We live in another state and were very pleased with the service given to them. The carpeting looks great!
Tony, the sales representative/owner, is a pleasure to work with. He is very professional and provided a lot of advice about the type of carpet that would be appropriate for a room that will be primarily occupied by a toddler. I made an initial selection, but then went back and spent additional time with him to confirm that it was the right choice. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me pick carpeting to match the tiling and paint already in the basement. They scheduled installation on the day that was most convenient for me--two weeks from then. I got a call the next day to confirm and another call the day before the installation. It went very well and fast too. The communications was great as to where abouts and status of job.
I am extremely pleased with my experience. I got an excellent price for the Berber carpet that I purchased (much better than other home improvement stores). The installation was far less "painful" than I expected. The installers were very professional, got to work right away and did not waste any time. They were done in one hour and 10 minutes. I definitely plan to use them again.
We have used them three times before and have always been satisfied with their products and services. They are always on time for the job and their rates are very reasonable compared to their competitors. I was happy with how quickly the job was done.
They were very helpful and professional and provided a lot of guidance. The installation went really well and the new flooring looks great. They did leave some scuff marks on the newly painted walls but otherwise no complaints, I would definitely use them again.

This merchant was easy to deal with and straight forward. No hidden costs like most other carpet dealers we visited. Their wait time for installation was the shortest and they were very professional. The installers were neat and arrived and departed on time as scheduled.
