I received an estimate over the the phone from their representative. They were friendly, helpful, and informative.Theyexplained that the estimate was a rough estimate and would change when the carpet was picked out and the basement was surveyed. I picked out the carpet and they said it would take five business days to install. They called the day before the installationto make sure someone would be at our home to let them in and allow them to do their work.They gave us discounts for just being an Angie's List member. We would like to respond to this report by saying that we do not do repairs on carpet that was not purchased from us, because we can not guarantee the quality of the carpet and its installation by other companies, and if we do the repair we basically take on the installation warranty of the installed carpet and if the repair did not last because of the quality and other reasons then we will be responsible for it to be repaired over and over.
