We have 3 dogs and a lot of stains on the carpets. We've done a lot of damage with carpet cleaners that bleached out the color and we'd tried to take care of the cleaning ourselves many times. The crew arrived on time and worked until almost 8pm to get it all done in one day. They worked incredibly hard - I didn't even see them take a break, and the carpet looks fantastic after two months. No problems yet. Tony was great, as stated in all the other reviews. .They did a great job. The price of the carpeting was very reasonable and the quality is excellent. The installers arrived as scheduled and were very courteous, friendly and efficient. Overall, the experience was very positive from beginning to end. I would highly recommend their services, both from the sales end to the installation. <br />

Tony recommended a certain brand, gave us a great deal, and we went aherad and signed the contract on the spot. The carpet was installed by his team of prrofessional installers in a day and a half. <br /> However, after a couple of weeks the carpet seemed to be wearing out too quickly. we called Tony who contacted the manufacturer and they had a carpet specialist come out. This was a pretty easy job, so no drama. The rooms face each other across a hardwood hall and each is no more than 12 feet on the short side, so there was no waste. The carpet I wanted was no longer available but with the help of the manufacturer, Tony found me a comparable substitute. Both the man who did the measuring and the installers showed up on time and were quick, efficient, and thorough. They cleaned up everything. I'm happy with the result and would definitely recommend them. <br />

We are pleased with the product and the process. The installation was smooth and professional with no surprise up charges or extras. Since their prices are "installed" they look a little higher than other places. But their installation covers everything and it is done by their own crew.

They were good. The price was good and affordable. The quality of the carpet is good and the guy was easy to deal with.
