The crew arrived punctually and did an excellent job. We have a lot of heavyfurnitureand they moved everything without any damage. The crew (Jose and Ardo) were most courteous and helpful. We have two dogs and four cats (who always try to escapeoutside) and the workman were very conscientious about keeping doors closed and making sure therewereno animals underfoot.The carpet looks wonderful and all in all our fear of total upheaval was unnecessary. I visited the show room and found the owner to be professional and knowledgeable. They came out to measure and gave me the final estimate when they said they would. The install went well and the final price was less than I paid 10 years ago for similar carpet covering even more area (added the office space). <br /> Very good experience!
Things went smoothly.Delivery of the carpet took a bit longer than anticipated because of constraints at the manufacturer's, but thisdid not inconvenience us. The installers showed up on the appointed day and did a fully professional job. We are pleased with the results and will certainly consider giving repeat business to Carpet and Floor Express in the future.
The salesperson at the store was extremely helpful and easy to work with. The carpet could be installed within four days of my purchase. The installation crew was professional and helped figure out what to do with my closet doors, which were not able to hang well with the new carpet.
They were average, but their price was good.

Overall, very good experience. We had just purchased our new house and wanted to have the carpet installed before we moved in, so we had a small window to get it done. Also, we were not able to get access to the house for the company to do measurements, so they had to go off of the floor plan provided by the realtor. We couldn't be more pleased! We visited the showroom on the Saturday before Thanksgiving (November 17) and were helped immediately and professionally by Tony. We ordered carpet for our family room, and hardwood for 2 small, five step staircases.
