Carpet express did a great job. Our new carpet turned our dank basement into a cozy spot. The carpet is high quality and the price is a good value. The installers worked hard and did a great job. They were done in an hour and you couldn't tell they had been there. They even cut a piece off for outside the basement door to protect our new carpet. Highly recommended!

Both the flooring and carpet installers arrived in a timely fashion on their scheduled days. I found both crews to be professional and easy to work with. <br /> The flooring installers worked meticulously and did a wonderful job. The in-store experience was quick and efficient. I was very pleased that he could get someone to install the runners in two days time. The installers were not very professional at all. One of them called to tell me that no one was at the house, although my husband was there. When I called back, he just laughed and hung up. In the end, all the work was satisfactory completed.

We have read the report that you have given us. I tried to contact you regarding the installers professionalism but the number I have is disconnected. With our apologies our installer had recorded a joke message on his cell phone and if you were to call that number and wait till the end of the message you will hear the beep. The purchase was very quick and efficient. The owner welcomed me as soon as I walked in the store. I explained what I wanted and needed, he helped me find something suitable quickly, and the entire purchase process was done within 20 minutes, literally. Carpet Express was my third quote. I was shown my options and then surprised to see I could get an upgrade for less. Hamid was great to work with and I received exactly what I wanted. <br /> <br /> The carpet was a little late coming in on the truck but that was unavoidable. When the installers arrived, they immediately got to work. Three hours later I was a very happy customer!
I got several quotes and Carpet and Floor Express had the best price for quality carpetting. <br /> <br /> Overall, I had a pleasant experience and feel that I received aquality carpet installation. We found out about Carpet & Floor Express from Angie's list and shceduled for an on-site measurement/estimate. Before the measurement day we stopped by the showroom and talked with Tony. He was very nice to talk to and gave us very good price on the two types of carpet we chose (at that time we were planning to have someon else do the woodfloor).
