Tony hooked me up with carpet the next week. I just canceled order with <br /> another vendor when the install date continued to be postponed. Tony <br /> confirmed that he could get the carpet I wanted and it was installed <br /> before Thanksgiving. Installers were on time and professional. I would <br /> recommend Carpet & Floor Express.
We found the whole experience with Carpet and Floor Express painless from selecting the carpet to the installation. We dealt with Hamid and later Tony and both men were helpful. Hamid came to our home to get measurements and while there suggested a runner for the stairs. While I was not initially sold on the idea, I am very pleased that we followed his suggestion. We needed to replace the tile floor in our laundry room. We wanted some <br /> durable that would last but not too expensive. The salesperson was <br /> very helpful, giving me good advice and excellent customer service. As <br /> promised, he called in about a week to say that the flooring had arrived <br /> and to schedule installation. Crew that installed the flooring arrived <br /> on time and did a very professional job. <br />

Carpet installers arrived on time (8:15am), were courteous and did a wonderful job. My wife even asked the installers to create a small 2'x3' mat from the old carpet for use in the basement which they made for us at no additional charge. Overall, the install went perfectly, Tony was extremely responsiveover the phone and willingto work with our tight schedule.We will definitely use Carpet Express again when we replace additional flooring in our home.
Went to Rockville showroom December 14, 2011 & selected carpet and paid deposit.Tony, the salesman, told me to expect carpet "to be in" to showroom in 2-3 weeks and installation would be scheduled shortly thereafter.In late January, after having had no phone call, from Carpet & Floor Express and having been out of town, I called the Co.Tony said he had called and left messages twice. I want to thank you for your business and your report, but you need to realize that your phone number was miss written in the invoice and I can read my own hand writing. We had your carpet about 10 days after your order, why would we not want to install it and give a customer from angies list reason to write a bad report. As far as your doors it is clearly written in your invoice that we are not responsible for doors, I am sorry that you had to hire someone to cut them but carpet installers are not equipped to do that. We couldn't be happier with our experience - timing, cost, personal attention and installation. Clean up could have been better but other than that we have no complaints. Highly recommended.
The price was competitive. It took them a whole 5 days for them to come. I do not know how they do it.
