We decided to buy new carpets for two bedrooms and our living/dining area. We went to Carpet Mart and did not consider any other carpet supplier. We have purchased carpet from John and Tom in the past. We have always gotten excellent service, high quality carpeting, and quick efficient installation. Great quality from the sales floor, installation, and quality product. We were kept informed of delivery changes, staff answered all questions with adequate knowledge, and installers were prompt, courteous, and informative. Very happy over all.
The website was extremely user friendly. We were able to filter and find area rugs we liked. We went to the store, showed Tom our selection and he was able to find the same or similar ones in stock. Showed and explained the different materials that they would come in and called his vendor to see if the larger sizes were available (which they were). Friendly, knowledgeable, and a great sense of urgency to answer our questions and get what we wanted. Thank you!
It’s seems daunting, the decision to get new carpeting, from cleaning out your closets to choosing a color... which is precisely why we put off the decision for way too long! John and Tom were great in helping us with a carpet project last fall, and with our new Karastan flooring that was just installed. The quality is outstanding, and the installer did a great job! We also purchased a Karastan accent rug, that goes really well with the flooring. I highly recommend Carpet Mart, and its friendly and helpful staff! Thank you!

Very pleased with both the products and service from Carpet Mart. We special ordered an area rug from Tom. He was helpful and patient as we made our decision. The rug was delivered faster than we anticipated and it looks beautiful. A bonus was being able to play with a beautiful puppy named Otis when we visited the store!
