I was so impressed with the staff at Carpet Mart. I worked with Rhonda to pick out the carpet I wanted and she it made it so easy. I did 3 bedrooms and a living room. John came and measured and he had the carpet installed within a few days. They are wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend them if you need carpet.
We have been positively impressed by Carpet Mart after having interacted with everyone at the store, including Odin, the dog. The carpet we selected with their help is perfect for our needs, affordable, and installed beautifully. The installation team were very capable, nice, tidy, and accommodating. We would be happy to recommend John and his crew to others.
I just can't say enough good things about John and Tom at Carpet Mart on M-139, Benton Harbor. They gave me excellent advice in regard to picking out the right carpet for my home, as well as receiving a great price on Karastan for my living room. The carpet has now been installed, and I am thrilled with the quality. The two gentlemen who laid the carpet did a very professional job. I highly recommend John and Tom for any floor covering you may need. Plus, Tom's dog, Oden, is so cute. I wanted to take him home with me.
I am so impressed with the customer service I received with Carpet Mart! John was so helpful and i felt truly informed from the first meeting, the measurements and finally the installation. Andy and Mark did a fantastic job installing the carpet. They were prompt, tearing the old carpet and pad up, sweeping and preparing for the new pad. We just had one room carpeted and were so thrilled with the quality of the carpeting, the professionalism of the installers, and the hospitality of the Kolaskey family that we went right back the same day and ordered carpeting for another room. The installers were very professional and worked non-stop to get the job done in one day. We had 4 rooms and a hall done and it all looks great. Rhonda was very helpful in picking out the carpet and gave us samples to take home. We are very pleased with how our selection looks. John was great to work with getting a measurement and installation schedule. I would definitely recommend using CarpetMart.
Over the past 25 years we have always purchased our carpeting from Carpet Mart! The Kolasey family are all extremely knowledgeable with all of the flooring products and go out of their way to provide the best customer service! The installers were super nice and professional as well!! Wouldn't think of going anywhere else!!
