Great Job but they stole from me Great installation and I am happy with the carpet. Problem is they stole jewelry from me and did nothing about it! I live alone their installers are the only people that had been in my home. Thieves!
Installers! Are you kidding me? No way. From the very start they didn't know how to begin a basic layout. I noticed from the very beginning that they didn't have the aptitude to give a good end result. But, my employer wanted them to do the job. Unfortunately, he recognized that they did a bad job after it was completed. A total botched job!!!!!!!!!
Had hardwood floors and carpet replaced. Harwood Terrible service, the people who replaced our carpets in our new home were rude and acted as if they did not want to be there. And once we had to replace the carpets in our old house, the carpet guys were supposed to arrive at 8:30-9 but did not show up until 10 and did not apologize for the inconvince. Unprofessional Installers that damaged my home I purchased carpet and was to receive next day installation. The installers arrived almost an hour past the designated time and smelled of old smoke and bad body odor. They looked like recruits from the ghetto wearing their pants below the buttocks, with their red, plaid underwear clearly visible throughout the day. Former Customer -- VERY Disappointed with recent service I was a former customer who had purchased flooring and used the carpet cleaning service. In the past when we had an issue with the carpet, they were responsive and came out and corrected the issue quickly and professionally. I really didn't shop around or do any research when we needed carpet and tile cleaned in our newer home. I saw a commercial for them and remembered our satisfaction with previous service.
