Very helpful and nice service I had carpeting and a kitchen floor put down through Carpet Spectrum. The guy came out here and was very helpful. He was also helpful when I went to the store and was picking out what I wanted. He was just a really nice guy!
Helpful and knowledgeable service. Carpet Spectrum installed a new vinyl floor for our kitchen. They were very helpful in the store. They have been around for a long time as a business, so we knew there wouldn't be any problems. If there were problems, we knew that they would address anything that came up.
Wonderful. I was recommended to check out Carpet Spectrum. They were quite courteous and helped with the quality and price I was interested in. We came to an agreement and set up the installation date. The installers arrived on time and got everything put in. They even cleaned and vacuumed everything when they were finished. I was elated.

They did a great job. They came out in a very timely manner. I had actually had an appointment set up with another company, and they never called to let me know when they were coming even though they were supposed to. Very knowledgeable about their products I didn't know much about the product (flooring) I was purchasing, I just knew what I wanted. Carpet Spectrum was able to take into account not only my wants, but could assess the needs of our building. The man who worked with me was able to see the needs of the hospital and the installation went smoothly. We have a linoleum floor and it looks real nice.
They stand behind their work. I am part owner of 400 rental homes and we've been using Carpet Spectrum for the past four years to do floor installation, repairs, and cleanings in the homes. I have found them to be dependable and reliable, and their prices to be fair.

A nice update for our office. Carpet Spectrum came into Collierville Autosales and installed a new carpet. Everyone was very nice and professional. The carpet looks great. It really makes the office look nice and updated.
