Went above and beyond! This is my second time working with Carpet Spectrum and I was really pleased. They came to put in new flooring upstairs, and they came when they said they would come, and finished the job exactly on schedule. Awesome Customer Experience Tim's Customer skills are Fantastic. I explained what I wanted and he delivered with the idea of Luxury Vinyl Plank for my upstairs. The guys showed up on time and were clean and courteous. The Floor looks amazing with super low maintenance. Thanks Tim

Very Satisfying. We had a very satisfying experience with Carpet Spectrum. We used their service in the past, so we already knew our sales person Forrest. Even though it had been several years, he remembered us, where our house was located, and was quite personable.

Exceptional. This was my first time using Carpet Spectrum. I had about 700 sq ft of porcelain tile laid in the kitchen, dining room, and hearth. They did what they said they were going to. The product delivered was exceptional. The installer was very professional. They are people of their word. If they say something is going to happen, it will happen. I highly recommend them.

Awesome company to do business with. I have used Carpet Spectrum to clean our carpets in our home and business for the last five years. Our company has used them to install carpet and tile at Collierville Auto Center at both locations. We have also recommended them and they installed carpeting in my mother's home and mother in laws. My favorite carpet store ever I have purchased carpet at least 3 times from Carpet Spectrum on Jackson Ave. They have always sold me the best quality carpet at the cheapest price. The last time I purchased carpet from them it was for my bedroom and while they were there installing it they fixed the living room carpet at the threshold that I had purchased at another store. Now that is good service! Will use them again, would recommend them to anyone..

SUPERIOR QUALITY IN MATERIALS AND WORK We had the entire house re-floored--carpeting and tile. They made the selection process fun and the installation was as good as they could make it. The experience was grueling but they did their part and we are extremely satisfied with the result. They even made some carpet runners for the bath and when I wasn't satisfied with the color we had chosen, they gave us a great deal to redo in a different color. I feel like we made friends. Their follow-up has been exceptional.
