Very accommodating. I think Carpet Spectrum has offered competitive pricing, been very easy to work with, and been able to schedule installations around our schedule. They are very accommodating, as far as our needs are concerned.
Everything turned out well. This was my first experience buying carpeting, Carpet Spectrum made it pretty painless and walked us through. Everything I asked for was taken care of, and all my questions were answered. The service was on time and done professionally. They cleaned up afterwards and didn't leave a mess. The new carpet turned out well.
Great Product, Great Service. I purchased hard wood from Carpet Spectrum and installed that myself with my dad. The next day some installers from Carpet Spectrum came out to install carpet in the other rooms. They were on time and clean workers. Delivered a great product and a great service.

Excellent all around experience!!!!! Jason and his team went above and beyond with our house. They installed new carpet and tile floors, and redid our wood floors. The wood floors look better than new. I will highly recommend this comapany and have done so already. Feel free to come and look at my floors anytime. They do exactly what they say they're going to do... They did great work at a reasonable price. They installed carpet and it looks great. They do exactly what they say they're going to do - show up at a certain time, do things in a particular way, charge a certain price.
