Very Helpful and Pleasant to Work With Carpets Plus Outlet was very prompt and did a good job. They installed our carpeting in a timely manner and everything was positive. It looks great. They did the first floor, the stairs, the hallway and the second floor, so they did a good portion of the house. The price was very competitive. We were in there a couple times to look at different options and we settled on this. They were very helpful and pleasant to work.
Excellent Experience I had a great experience with Carpets Plus Outlet. I have used this company in the past and I think that their service has been pretty consistent over the years. Great Work Overall I was very happy with the service that I received from Carpets Plus Outlet. This was my first experience with the company and I thought that the staff was super nice and they were able to get me what I wanted. The team worked quickly and I was able to buy the kitchen flooring that I was looking for. I would give them five stars for their service. I would recommend them to other people and continue using them if I needed to.
Courteous, Competent, and Carpeted! I've been using Carpets Plus Outlet for about three years, now, and am continuously very satisfied with their service. They have fair and honest prices, and are always polite and professional. Everyone I've ever interacted with there has been courteous and competent, and they have quick delivery and installation. This is a very friendly company and I would recommend!
Really Good This was my first time using Carpets Plus Outlet for a big job, previously I had purchased some strips of molding from them. During this experience, I ordered some carpet from them for my home. The people in the showroom were professional and easy to work with. I was able to schedule an installation a week later and it went really smoothly. I am really happy with how everything turned out and I plan on using them again in the future.

After having our beautiful carpeting installed last year by Carpets Plus Outlet and having a great experience, we decided to go with them again--this time for a laminate wood floor in the kitchen. Flooring and blinds Matt and Nancy are exceptional people to work with. Both helped us out not only with their products but with other design choices for the house. Izzy did a great installation job.
