Very Patient and Fair with Prices The people at Carpets Plus Out listened to what I was thinking of and helped me to plan out the looks I described and wanted. They were very patient and very fair with prices. They would even watch for things to come through that may be similar to what I had described, like a kind of tile I was interested in. I will use their service again and have recommended their service to my friends. I used their service for both carpet and tile and the installation they offer is amazing as well.

Excellent Job I would rate my experience with Carpets Plus Outlet as five stars. This was my first time using the company and I would recommend their service to other people. The staff came out to do some new hardwood floors and carpeting. I was pretty happy with how the work turned out. They did a nice job at a reasonable price. In my opinion, all of the technicians are qualified. They were very professional and friendly throughout the service. I would use them again for another service.

Great carpet and service! My salesperson was not very knowledgeable about the carpeting which she sold me. I did not want the vacuum marks nor the footprints to show in the carpet. This shows more than any carpet I have ever had! Other than that, I like the color and the feel beneath my feet. Just not happy with all the marks that show. Also, my survey was sent back 2 days after the installation.

Excellent job! Our basement had flooded for the third time and my husband wanted to put in tile flooring. I did not like the idea of tile flooring in the basement, so we settled on vinyl plank flooring.

Great to work with We had to just finished our basement and needed the perfect flooring. Matt was extremely patient, over a period of time, as he took my in-laws and us through the store and helped us sift through our options. It was a lot of process of elimination, and we finally ended up with a combination of flooring that we love, and that was within our budget. Everyone that worked with us was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

Great Service For Me I thought that the employees from Carpets Plus Outlet did an excellent job and I would give the company five out of five stars for the service. Excellent Work, Very Pleased! I recently used the services from Carpets Plus Outlet to have some carpeting installed in my home and was very satisfied with how well the work from them went. Before going to Carpets Plus Outlet I went to a few different places that tried to overcharge me and also tried to set me up with an underlay which wasn't needed, when Carpets Plus Outlet came out they were able to tell us what was done wrong and get us set up with the carpeting we needed for around 700 dollars cheaper.
