Great to work with We had to just finished our basement and needed the perfect flooring. Matt was extremely patient, over a period of time, as he took my in-laws and us through the store and helped us sift through our options. It was a lot of process of elimination, and we finally ended up with a combination of flooring that we love, and that was within our budget. Everyone that worked with us was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

Great Service For Me I thought that the employees from Carpets Plus Outlet did an excellent job and I would give the company five out of five stars for the service. Excellent Work, Very Pleased! I recently used the services from Carpets Plus Outlet to have some carpeting installed in my home and was very satisfied with how well the work from them went. Before going to Carpets Plus Outlet I went to a few different places that tried to overcharge me and also tried to set me up with an underlay which wasn't needed, when Carpets Plus Outlet came out they were able to tell us what was done wrong and get us set up with the carpeting we needed for around 700 dollars cheaper. I'm Really Happy with My Carpet I really appreciated how friendly and down to earth they were at Carpets Plus Outlet. The salesperson walked me through a bunch of carpet choices. I asked for her recommendations and they were very helpful. I'm really happy with my carpet, it's super soft and it looks beautiful. The install was a snap. Great Carpet Service Carpets Plus Outlet delivered a five-star service for me and I would definitely recommend the company to other people. I have used them in the past, but most recently, the staff added carpet for different parts of my house (including the family room, basement, and hallway). I think that the employees are always professional and easy to work with. I was really satisfied with the overall results, so I would consider hiring them again for another service if I needed to.

Great Service I thought that Carpets Plus Outlet provided an excellent service and I would definitely recommend the company to other people. Most recently, one of the employees came out to replace two tiles that got scratched underneath the stove. I find the staff to be professional and easy to work with. I would be happy to use them again for another service. Overall, I was just very satisfied with the results. The employee was friendly and he got the job done in a reasonable amount of time.

Great service I can't be happier with the new floors, woodwork and doors. They also were able to work to my schedule which was slow as I did some immediately and then a little more a couple months later even though I contracted it all up front. The installer was just awesome and paid attention to detail. He also cleaned up at the end of every day.

Delivery a Great Customer Experience! From the time we walked into the store until the products were installed at our home the staff was extremely attentive. They communicated on a regular basis and went out of there way to make sure there was no issue during install. Would highly recommend!
