Installers Were Excellent Carpets Plus Outlet installed two rooms of carpeting for us. They were on time and professional. The installers were fabulous and they were very neat and clean, kept everything in order. Carpets Plus also helped us pick out what kind of carpet we wanted. Satisfied customer I have used Carpets Plus Outlet a few different times. Over time, they have replaced the carpet in the whole entire house and all the vinyl. It turned out really good. They are very nice people. They have excellent customer service, and they are very helpful. They definitely know their products well, and they know how to help you find what you like and need. We had a great overall experience and would definitely recommend them!

Great Customer Service Our representative from Carpets Plus Outlet was really available every time we called, so that meant a lot. The level of customer service was outstanding. We had flooring put in our kitchen and carpeting put into a condo/rental unit. They provided the materials, did the installation, and everything went really smoothly.

Carpet and Vinyl Flooring Installation in Multiple Areas of our home. Results were fantastic. We are very satisfied with all personnel that we dealt with. Wish I had more to do. The customer service from in store shopping to installing was top notch. I really wasn't sure what I wanted was walked though many options till I finally made my decision. The estimator was at my home on time,very professional. My installer (Izzy) was there for the time I was told and did an unbelievable job. My home was left neat and clean. He also put pads on the bottom of some furniture pieces not to scratch floors.

Extremely Pleased! I use Carpets Plus Outlet for my clients. They have the best follow up you can imagine. If there is an issue they come right and and get it fixed for you. I liked that I can go into their store and they have samples that I can take back to my clients for approval. I like that they have the carpeting in stock in their store and are able to schedule installation within a week to a week and a half. Turned Out Even Better Than Expected Carpets Plus Outlet installed some linoleum in a rental property I was working on as a contractor. It turned out even better than I expected. I've worked with them before with another one of my property management groups and I would be surprised if anyone was less than satisfied with their work. I also thought the pricing was very reasonable, I wouldn't have done the job myself for what they charged me.

Very Satisfied! I've hired Carpets Plus Outlet for a couple different jobs, now, and have always been entirely pleased with their work. They're well-prepared and know what they're about, so I've never had any trouble with them.
