I'm Really Happy with My Carpet I really appreciated how friendly and down to earth they were at Carpets Plus Outlet. The salesperson walked me through a bunch of carpet choices. I asked for her recommendations and they were very helpful. I'm really happy with my carpet, it's super soft and it looks beautiful. The install was a snap. Great Carpet Service Carpets Plus Outlet delivered a five-star service for me and I would definitely recommend the company to other people. I have used them in the past, but most recently, the staff added carpet for different parts of my house (including the family room, basement, and hallway). I think that the employees are always professional and easy to work with. I was really satisfied with the overall results, so I would consider hiring them again for another service if I needed to.

Great Service I thought that Carpets Plus Outlet provided an excellent service and I would definitely recommend the company to other people. Most recently, one of the employees came out to replace two tiles that got scratched underneath the stove. I find the staff to be professional and easy to work with. I would be happy to use them again for another service. Overall, I was just very satisfied with the results. The employee was friendly and he got the job done in a reasonable amount of time.

Great service I can't be happier with the new floors, woodwork and doors. They also were able to work to my schedule which was slow as I did some immediately and then a little more a couple months later even though I contracted it all up front. The installer was just awesome and paid attention to detail. He also cleaned up at the end of every day.

Delivery a Great Customer Experience! From the time we walked into the store until the products were installed at our home the staff was extremely attentive. They communicated on a regular basis and went out of there way to make sure there was no issue during install. Would highly recommend!

Great Customer Service. I've been at my condo now for about 15 years and finally decided to change out my carpet with the help of Carpets Plus Outlet. They showed me what worked best for me seeing as I have two cats and needing something durable. They provided me with multiple options and I was able to choose exactly what I wanted. No need to shop anywhere else. This was not our first time using Carpets Plus Outlet and will not be our last. They are always friendly, professional and stand by their product and installation. Matt went back to the store in between measuring jobs to order our carpet to ensure we could have it installed as soon as possible. The 8 lb. padding is standard and not an upcharge and they do not charge a premium for only doing one room as other carpet stores do. I would highly recommend Carpets Plus Outlet.

Good Experience I had a good experience with Carpets Plus Outlet. They were helpful in choosing the tile flooring material that I wanted. The employees were professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. I appreciated that they worked quickly to finish the job in a timely manner.
