Thank You to the Carpets Plus Team We recently installed Kardean laminate flooring from Carpets Plus. Great product! Carpets Plus also installed carpeting in a bedroom recently. Great Customer Service. I've been at my condo now for about 15 years and finally decided to change out my carpet with the help of Carpets Plus Outlet. They showed me what worked best for me seeing as I have two cats and needing something durable. They provided me with multiple options and I was able to choose exactly what I wanted. No need to shop anywhere else. This was not our first time using Carpets Plus Outlet and will not be our last. They are always friendly, professional and stand by their product and installation. Matt went back to the store in between measuring jobs to order our carpet to ensure we could have it installed as soon as possible. The 8 lb. padding is standard and not an upcharge and they do not charge a premium for only doing one room as other carpet stores do. I would highly recommend Carpets Plus Outlet.

Good Experience I had a good experience with Carpets Plus Outlet. They were helpful in choosing the tile flooring material that I wanted. The employees were professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. I appreciated that they worked quickly to finish the job in a timely manner. Good Experience Every Time This wasn't my first time using Carpets Plus Outlet so I knew what to expect from them. The whole process from beginning to end was just so great. They have a great selection of products in the store and I bought vinyl plank for 3 bathrooms. The installers did good work and were very friendly. I felt comfortable enough with them to leave them alone in the house while I went out. Carpets Plus Outlet has such good customer service, I can't recommend them enough.

Excellent Tile Flooring I recently used Carpets Plus Outlet for the first time to do some remodeling work in my bathroom and I'm more than happy with the flooring work that was done. The staff put in some tile for my bathroom floors and I'm pleased with the results. I thought that the staff did a great job. Responsible, Professional Staff I thought that Carpets Plus Outlet did an excellent job with their most recent service for me. wonderful experience in every aspect. What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Was able to bring home many, many, samples. The measurement was done, carpet ordered and installed as promised.
