Wish I had more to do. The customer service from in store shopping to installing was top notch. I really wasn't sure what I wanted was walked though many options till I finally made my decision. The estimator was at my home on time,very professional. My installer (Izzy) was there for the time I was told and did an unbelievable job. My home was left neat and clean. He also put pads on the bottom of some furniture pieces not to scratch floors.

Extremely Pleased! I use Carpets Plus Outlet for my clients. They have the best follow up you can imagine. If there is an issue they come right and and get it fixed for you. I liked that I can go into their store and they have samples that I can take back to my clients for approval. I like that they have the carpeting in stock in their store and are able to schedule installation within a week to a week and a half. Turned Out Even Better Than Expected Carpets Plus Outlet installed some linoleum in a rental property I was working on as a contractor. It turned out even better than I expected. I've worked with them before with another one of my property management groups and I would be surprised if anyone was less than satisfied with their work. I also thought the pricing was very reasonable, I wouldn't have done the job myself for what they charged me.

Very Satisfied! I've hired Carpets Plus Outlet for a couple different jobs, now, and have always been entirely pleased with their work. They're well-prepared and know what they're about, so I've never had any trouble with them. Happy With How It Turned out I've worked with Carpets Plus Outlet in the past, so I know they do good work. I hired them recently to put carpeting in my living room and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. The price was good and everything went very smoothly.

Absolutely Wonderful! Carpets Plus Outlet was simply exceptional! They really knew what they were doing and I was extremely pleased to have found them. They really went out of their way to make sure I had high-quality everything and I really appreciated how dedicated and considerate they were. I Always Go Back to Carpets Plus Carpets Plus Outlet has done at least three floors for us. They did a bedroom and a living room, then they put wood floor in the den. Every one of those projects was well done. I visited a number of flooring companies in the area in the course of locating what I wanted and I've always gone back to Carpets Plus because they provide service when they say they will and do a good job with installation.
