Carter is among the best in the business. I recently referred a friend and colleague of mine who is a Navy Veteran and wanted to purchase a home using her VA Home Loan benefit. Times are tough for buyers in San Diego right now, and we wrote about a half dozen offers before we finally got one accepted. We receive docs on Day #14 of escrow, and closed on Day #19. What a fantastic loan officer, Carter is!!! Carter took customer service to an entire new level. He answered calls and would return any missed calls promptly.
