Carter, Is an absolutely Great Loan Officer, who is professional and courteous to clients. We have closed many deals together and I have not had a problem yet. Carter is among the best in the business. I recently referred a friend and colleague of mine who is a Navy Veteran and wanted to purchase a home using her VA Home Loan benefit.
