I am a realtor and I have worked with Carter on several transactions. He is responsive, honest and most importantly will deliver what he promises. He will answer his calls, will send you and everybody involved in the transaction immediate updates on the file. The Friday updates are always awesome. Carter Short is a great morgage broker and I hope to work with him again in the future. He keeps you in the loop throughout the entire loan process and is easy to get in contact with. Very responsive via email, phone or text and will get back to you usually within a few minutes. You can tell he works very hard and tries to do his best for the customer. He is personable and friendly so it was definitely very nice working with him.
Carter did an excellent job helping with my loan. He is extremely knowledgeable and when I had questions he took the time to explain the answer to me. I really appreciate how he did a Friday check in to give me the status of my loan. The whole process was very smooth and the loan went through right away. Carter, Is an absolutely Great Loan Officer, who is professional and courteous to clients. We have closed many deals together and I have not had a problem yet.
