Carter and Grant both did a wonderful job establishing my refi. We were so happy with the work that Carter and Grant did for our loan. They were always quick to respond and Carter did a great job of walking us through the process as first time homebuyers.

When I was first recommended to Carter, I didn't know what to expect. I was a little hesitant. This feeling may be due to a previous experience with a loan officer (at a bank) a few years back. This is the 3rd time I have dealt with Carter and Grant. They are very responsive and kept me informed throughout the process which was extremely fast. After dealing with Loan Officers for almost 40 years I can say Carter ranks at the top. I highly recommend him.
