The staff was so amazing to me in my time in need. I had made the difficult decision to euthanize my family pet and the staff treated me with the utmost care and respect. They made sure my dog was comfortable and they answered all of my questions. They let me hold my pet through the whole process and the had him wrapped in a soft blanket. They also let me have as much time I needed to say goodbye to without feeling rushed. They are truly amazing people at Casa Grande Animal Hospital.

Our visit was a heartbreaking one, but Dr. Maher and staff made it as painless as possible. Dr. Maher’s transparency in our cat’s diagnosis helped us reach the decision to end her suffering. The staff was kind and compassionate. The room was peaceful. When Dr. Maher came in to administer the final two injections, she took a moment with our Marji and whispered something to her. Dr. McWhirter was amazing as always with our Daisy during her Rabies vaccines and her exam!! Thoroughly explaining everything he was doing and that everything was normal and why. Michele was his tech that day and she was incredible and so knowledgeable in her field. She even gave us the name and number of a trainer that she knows for Daisy's behavioral issues that we're currently dealing with, I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate her going that extra mile for us. I am very happy that I ended up walking in the door of Casa Grande Animal Hospital. I had several questions and figured it was very important to show up in person rather than call. I was surprised to find the staff very welcoming and friendly and also talking to the front desk they were really nice and accommodating. I scheduled an appointment for my girl Grey, brown Tabby cat, and I explained what was going with her and they gave me an appointment. I had a medical emergency with my dog. They worked us in the afternoon, his condition had improved. The staff was wonderful. The vet called and explained things clearly. Put together a plan for further, and continued care. Also just in case the problem continues, what would be the next steps.

Big shout out for them coming through when I needed them the most. It was 650pm and they close at 7pm and I called because my cat got a fish hook stuck in his paw. They asked if I could get there immediately and the doctor would wait. Took in my cat and 5 min later the hook was out. Thank you for your friendly staff and to the doctor who waited for us.
