Both aspects of the job were outstanding. The estimator was thorough and professional in looking at the job, getting measurements and discussing both possibilities and likely outcomes for the job I had - replacing the main support beam on a second floor deck. Fabulous outcome! the process of planning and design was easy and convenient, and the finished product is wonderful. We had a composite deck extension put on our too-small concrete slab back patio, and a railing with cocktail rim on top. It makes our patio really usable, and lovely. The work is professional, reasonably priced, and was done just under the projected time expected. Thoroughly pleased. All the workers were cheerful and efficient too!

Excellent from start to finish. Cascade responded immediately to my request for a quote and supplied several options. Each option was clearly explained to us. The fence was done in one day by a meticulous fence builder. He asked us several questions to make sure we were getting what we wanted and were satisfied with the result. The main thing I want to say about Cascade Fence and Deck is that their customer service is outstanding. They go above and beyond. We're grateful to Omar, Walter, Chad, and Louie for being so attentive and available to make sure we were 100% happy with our fence and gates.
