We are over-the-top happy with our new deck! From start to finish, the Cascade team we had were very professional and did an outstanding job with keeping us informed during the process. They double-checked for our input on how we wanted something to look whenever that was an option. Jonathan and Corey did a remarkable job replacing two rotting decks, installing a new deck, and finishing a fence that was never completed by the previous home owners. It took them 4 days to complete all of this and they were incredibly efficient and knew what they were doing. I know I can be a high maintenance customer since I asked so many questions during the install, but they were able to answer all of them and make adjustments along the install if something wasent meeting my expectations. The fence/gates look so great! It has a more private feel to my property, which I love! I've already passed along Cascade Fence & Deck's info to my best friend & her husband! I have to give Leif & Tyler a two thumbs up! Leif was very patient since it took me a little bit to finally pull trigger. Once the project was a go, Tyler kept me informed of what was going on & sent me pics when they were done! Thank you Leif, Tyler & the rest of the Cascade Team that I didn't interact with but worked on my fence/gates!

Had a deck put on the front of my small cottage. The entire process with Cascade was great. They are professional, on-time, and detailed. Even a lot of fun to work with. During the planning and estimating phase, I really got a sense that they were paying a lot of attention and then during construction, we made some changes in the field that they were happy to accommodate which proved it once again. Hire this team!

We had selected Cascade Fence and Deck from a competitive bid process in 2019 to replace our back deck. We were so pleased with the results (and the company) that we hired them all over again in 2020 to replace our deck on the front and side of the house. They are first class!

We had another very positive experience with Cascade. The office got Mike out quickly do prepare the estimate, and they scheduled the project quickly as well. Tyler and Walter did the work, and we are quite happy with the new fence. It is both well-made and attractive. And both Tyler and Walter worked both hard and efficiently.

We got five bids due to the size of the project. Cascade was the next to the most expensive, but they also included higher quality decking material and a superior guarantee. The project manager and installation team were top notch. The installers worked tirelessly through Portland winter rain and cold without impacting their professional install. The final results were BEAUTIFUL. We were so pleased that we have started a new project on the front side of the house. Cascade Fence and Deck is awesome.
