We could not be happier about our whole experience with Cascade Fence and every employee we had contact with. Their estimate process, their communication, their promptness were all exceptional. We worked with Jonathan Rojas and his crew on two separate projects. The first project was replacing our old fence and the second project was installing a new Acrylite Patio Cover over our deck. The main thing I want to say about Cascade Fence and Deck is that their customer service is outstanding. They go above and beyond. We're grateful to Omar, Walter, Chad, and Louie for being so attentive and available to make sure we were 100% happy with our fence and gates. Cascade Fence and Deck did an amazing job with my 2nd floor balcony and back stair rebuild. Jimmy and Scott were complete professionals and knocked it out of the park! Cascade Fence & Deck was great. I had them install a railing on the stairs to my deck. Even though I thought it would be a simple job, they treated me with complete respect giving the project ample attention.
