Cory Wantaja came to my home to provide an estimate on replacing two older, cedar gates. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Most important, he provided a solution to my gate problem that allowed me to forestall having to replace both gates at the moment. That type of assistance is no longer common practice. Thank you, Cory. I definitely will call Cascade Fence and Deck when I need to replace the gates and redo the fence in its entirety.

All the employees were professional and efficient. Most of the fence was straight forward surrounding my backyard. However, there was on section that was installed under an existing awning. The area was tight and a laurel hedge needed to be taken back. They did that with no problem. Once the work was done, I noted that a gutter needed to be installed under the awning because rain would directly fall on the fence; but when we measured for the gutter, we realized that the area would not accommodate the drain. Cascade Fence and Deck demonstrated its first-class workmanship and total commitment to customer satisfaction in replacing our large backyard deck from the ground up. The crew removed our old deck entirely in one day, even taking up the concrete supports for the joists—even, in fact, taking out the old ledger board, since they found the flashing to be far below their standards. Cascade Fence and Deck company did an all around excellent job with our fence replacement. The work required a tear down of old fencing and replacement with new. The team was easy to work with from start to finish and communication was clearly important to all involved. Getting the bid was quick and timely, including multiple options and great patience from Mike (estimator). It seems a little strange to me to be this appreciative of a fence company, but truly we had such a fantastic experience at every stage of the process with every person we encountered at Cascade Fence. Very happy with our new fence. Love the look and pleased with the instillation. Gates key lock from both sides that give us added security. Crew was very professional and concerned about pleasing us. Johnathan the crew supervisor was kind and explained things well. Our Salesperson Scott was professional and walked through the project in every detail getting it right. We talked with four fence companies and only Cascade knew how to adequately deal with our sloped and terraced yard.
